Nordstrom’s got “Sale & Clearance” stuff, right? The kind where you gotta pounce like a hawk because everyone else is also trying to snag that deal. They’re saying “up to 50% off” which, in my experience, usually means like, one random shirt in a size nobody wears is actually 50% off, and the rest is like, 10%. But hey, gotta check, right? Free shipping and returns is a definite plus, though. Saves you from being stuck with something that looks amazing online but makes you look like a potato in person. We’ve all been there.
Then there’s the whole “Saint Laurent Tops for Women” thing. T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts… the comfy stuff. But, and this is a BIG but, “logo prints” usually translates to “marked up a gazillion percent because they slapped some initials on it.” I mean, YSL initials are iconic, sure, but are they “sell your soul” iconic? Debatable. Silk shirts and blouses… those are probably NOT gonna be the “cheap” option we’re looking for. Silk screams “dry clean only” and “expensive.”
Honestly? Finding a *truly* cheap YSL shirt is like finding a unicorn that poops gold. It’s probably gonna involve a lot of digging. Like, clearance rack diving, online thrifting, maybe even hitting up a consignment store if you’re feeling brave. (Sometimes you strike gold in those places, sometimes you just find a mothball smell that lingers for days. It’s a gamble.)
My advice? Don’t get hung up on the brand name. If you find a cute, well-made shirt that *looks* like it could be YSL, but isn’t, who cares? Confidence is the best accessory, anyway. Plus, you can spend the money you saved on, like, tacos. And tacos are always a good investment, let’s be honest.
