Now, you might be thinking, “Beach bag dupes? Easy peasy!” And yeah, Amazon’s overflowing with them. But finding a *good* one? That’s the tricky bit. You gotta wade through the reviews, squint at the pictures, and pray you don’t end up with some flimsy, melted-plastic disaster. Trust me, been there, done that. The struggle is REAL.
And then there’s the Loewe thing… I mean, don’t get me wrong, those bags are GORGEOUS. Like, seriously drool-worthy. But, again, *price*. I’d rather spend that money on, I dunno, an actual vacation to the beach where I’d be needing the dang bag in the first place! So yeah, dupes there too. The Khaite and The Row bags are so cool but I’m not breaking the bank for a beach bag. Seriously.
Anyway, where was I? Oh yeah, dupes. So, like, what even makes a good beach bag dupe anyway? Well, for starters, it needs to be roomy. I’m talking, can-shove-a-towel-sunscreen-snacks-a-novel-and-a-small-child-in-there roomy. Durability is key, too. Saltwater and sand are NOT kind. And if it’s got holes, that’s even better because I don’t want a bag of sand in my car at the end of the day. Plus, it has to be somewhat cute, right? I mean, we’re not savages. We want to look at least semi-stylish while battling rogue waves and screaming toddlers.
