First off, right away, it’s clear that they’re covering *everything*. I mean, from sunglasses – which, okay, fancy shades are ALWAYS a good idea – to fragrances, which I’m always super curious about even though I always end up sticking to the same perfume, it’s all there. They even have a section called “A Cartier Touch,” which is vague but kinda intriguing, right? Like, what *is* a “Cartier Touch”? Is it some secret ingredient? A magical fairy dust that makes everything cost a bazillion dollars? I dunno, but I kinda wanna find out.

And then there’s the “Santos” collection. I’m gonna be honest, I don’t know much about it besides that it exists and that Cartier thinks it’s important enough to have its own page. I guess, like, I *could* click on it and learn, but I’m kinda lazy right now. Sorry.

Okay, wait, “Jewellery Must Haves”? That’s… that’s dangerous. That’s like tempting fate. Like, I *know* I don’t NEED any more jewelry. My bank account knows I don’t NEED any more jewelry. But “Must Haves”? That’s a whole different ballgame. It’s like they’re saying, “Hey, you can’t *live* without this.” Sneaky, Cartier. Sneaky.

Also, I’m noticing a trend. Every single page has that “Skip to main content” thing. Like, I appreciate the accessibility, but it’s also kinda repetitive. Maybe they could, like, consolidate that somehow? Just a thought.

But the thing that REALLY caught my eye was “The Cartier Icons.” And specifically, the “Juste un Clou.” Okay, a nail turned into jewelry? Created in the 70s?! That’s kinda wild. It’s either genius or completely insane, or maybe a little bit of both? I’m leaning towards genius, though. It’s so… subversive. Like, “Yeah, I’m wearing a super expensive nail. What of it?” I dig it.
