I was just poking around online (as you DO), and I saw a couple things about Versace frames, specifically the VE1274 rectangle ones. Now, “rectangle” doesn’t exactly scream “excitement,” does it? BUT, Versace, being Versace, probably takes a simple rectangle and makes it, you know, *fashion*. Maybe throws in some Medusa heads, a pop of that iconic Versace gold, or, YES, a cool blue hue.
Fashion Eyewear seems to be pushing them pretty hard, saying you can get prescriptions and all that jazz. Which is great, ’cause let’s be real, if you need glasses you wanna at least look good doing it, am I right? I mean, who wants to be stuck in boring specs? Not me, that’s for sure.
And then there’s the whole blue light thing. Everyone’s banging on about blue light glasses now, and I kind of get it. Staring at screens all day is probably frying our eyeballs or something. So, Versace *blue* eyeglasses that also filter blue light? Genius, honestly. Kinda. Maybe. I mean, it’s blue on blue, so hopefully it doesn’t mess with color perception too much. You wouldn’t want to suddenly think your red lipstick is actually orange, would you? Disaster!
I also saw something about Versace men’s sunglasses, which, okay, not exactly eyeglasses, but still. Versace and blue… it’s a thing, I guess. Thinking about it, a bold blue frame on a guy? Yeah, that could work. Confident, stylish… maybe a little bit *extra*, but in a good way, you know?
The thing is though, and this is just my personal opinion, Versace can be a bit…much. Like, sometimes they go *too* hard on the logos. I’m not trying to be a walking billboard, ya feel me? So, if I were gonna rock Versace blue eyeglasses, I’d want something a little more subtle. Maybe a nice, deep navy blue rather than a bright, in-your-face electric blue.
And that price tag? Oof. Designer glasses are never cheap, are they? But hey, if you’re gonna splurge, maybe on the VE1274 with a *subtle* blue tint and that blue light filter? I mean, treat yourself! (But maybe use that LENSES30 discount code they mentioned. Every little bit helps, right?)
